Clause One - Introduction

If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you refrain from using the platform or any of its services. Continuing to use the platform constitutes explicit acknowledgment of your acceptance of these terms and our associated policies.

Clause Three - Definitions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them:

1. The Platform:
   Refers to the GURU TRADE website and all associated digital applications, which provide advisory services in trading and financial markets, with a focus on enhancing financial literacy and offering professional consultations, without functioning as a direct trading platform.
2. The User:
   Refers to any individual who registers on the platform or utilizes its services in any form, whether through the website or digital applications.
3. The Services:
   Includes all services provided through the platform, including but not limited to:
• Educational materials designed to enhance users' understanding of trading fundamentals.
• Personalized financial consultations tailored to users' needs.
• Any additional features or tools offered by the platform from time to time to enhance the user experience.

Clause Four - General Terms of Use

1. Compliance with Laws:
   All users are required to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 concerning electronic transactions and trust services, as well as all other relevant and updated legislation in the country. The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose, activities contrary to ethical values, or actions aimed at harming technical infrastructure or data.
2. Authorized Use:
   The platform must not be used for disruptive activities or attempts to manipulate the services provided. The platform administration reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts that violate these terms.
3. Age Requirement for Application Use:
• The user acknowledges having the legal capacity to interact with GURU TRADE, or that they are at least 18 years old.
• The user agrees to bear responsibility for any consequences arising from violations of this clause.
4. Modification of Services:
   The platform reserves the full right to modify or suspend services, partially or entirely, at any time and without prior notice, in alignment with its strategic direction and service evolution.
5. Prohibition on Saving Screenshots:
   Users are prohibited from saving or sharing screenshots of the application or any other protected content without obtaining explicit permission from GURU TRADE.

Clause Five - Accounts and Registration

1. Registration Requirements:
   Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration on the platform. The user is responsible for updating this information to ensure its accuracy.
2. Prohibition of Account Use on Multiple Devices:
   Users are prohibited from using their accounts on more than one device simultaneously. Users must ensure that their accounts are protected from unauthorized access.
3. Account Security:
   Users bear full responsibility for protecting their login credentials, including username and password, and must not share them with any third party. Any activity conducted through the account will be the user's responsibility.
4. Disciplinary Actions:
   The platform administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have violated these terms or been used in a manner inconsistent with the platform's objectives and policies.

Clause Six - Intellectual Property

1. Ownership Rights:
   All content published on the GURU TRADE platform, including text, designs, logos, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of GURU TRADE. These contents are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
2. User-Generated Content:
   By posting any images, videos, or other content on the platform, the user grants GURU TRADE the right to use, publish, modify, and/or distribute such content for promotional or advertising purposes without requiring additional consent or offering financial compensation.
3. Authorized Use:
   Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial or personal purposes without prior written permission from the platform administration.
4. Legal Actions:
   The platform reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against any violation of its intellectual property rights to ensure the protection of its content and exclusive rights.

Clause Seven - Privacy Policy

GURU TRADE places the utmost importance on the privacy and security of its users' data, adhering to all laws and regulations applicable in the UAE regarding the collection and processing of personal data. The privacy policy outlines how user information is handled, ensuring its use is transparent and responsible.

1. Collection of Personal Data:
   Data collected may include basic registration details such as name, email address, and phone number, as well as usage data to analyze performance and improve services. For subscription-based services, payment information may also be collected, safeguarded using the latest encryption technologies.
2. Use of Data:
   The collected data is used for the following purposes:
• Delivering high-quality advisory services and educational content.
• Enhancing user experience by analyzing usage patterns and developing services.
• Communicating updates or offers related to the provided services.
3. Data Sharing:
   The platform commits to not sharing personal data with third parties except in the following cases:
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Service delivery in collaboration with trusted partners, in line with the privacy policy.
4. User Rights:
   Users have the right to access, request modifications to, or delete their personal data entirely. Requests can be submitted through the channels specified in the privacy policy, and the platform will process them within a reasonable timeframe.

Clause Eight - Payments and Billing

1. Payment Methodology:
All payments related to the use of GURU TRADE services are processed exclusively through Google Play and Apple-approved systems. Other payment methods are not accepted to ensure secure and seamless financial transactions.

2. Payment Policy:

• All required fees must be paid in advance when subscribing to any available services or packages.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Users are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete payment information during transactions.

3. Subscription Services:

• The platform offers monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscription packages. Subscription rates depend on the selected package.
• Auto-renewal (if applicable) is the default option unless canceled by the user via account settings or by written notice to the support team.
• If the subscription expires or renewal fails due to payment issues, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is completed.

4. Billing:

• Electronic invoices are issued for every transaction, with a copy sent to the user's registered email address.
• Invoices detail the service, amount paid, transaction date, and payment method.
• Users are responsible for retaining copies of invoices for documentation purposes.

5. Additional Fees:

• No additional charges are imposed for late payments. However, access to the platform and related services is automatically suspended until the subscription is renewed.
• Users bear all bank or electronic payment fees associated with completing the transaction.

6. Payment Default:

• If payment cannot be processed due to incorrect payment details or insufficient funds, the platform may immediately suspend or terminate the service.
• The platform reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding payments in cases of non-payment.

7. Financial Security Policy:

• The platform commits to using secure and approved electronic payment systems to protect users' financial information.
• The platform does not store users' payment card data or bank account details. All transactions are conducted through globally encrypted and approved payment gateways.

8. Price Changes:

• The platform reserves the right to adjust subscription or service prices at any time.
• Revised prices apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the change date.

9. Financial Responsibility:

• Users are fully responsible for paying all fees applied to their account on time.
• The platform is not responsible for any errors arising from interactions between the user and the payment service provider.

10. Additional Notes:

• Users should review invoices and confirm payment details upon receipt, reporting any inquiries or disputes to the support team within 7 days.

Clause Nine - Marketing and Promotional Offers

1. Contacting Support and Obtaining Discount Codes:
Users can interact with the GURU TRADE support team to obtain a personalized discount code. The user must have an active subscription to benefit from this service.

2. Rewards Program for Referring Friends:

• Each user is assigned a discount code that can be shared to encourage others to subscribe and use the code during payment. The discount value adheres to the platform's approved pricing policies, which may be adjusted to balance user interests with platform goals.
• When the discount code is used during registration and subscription by others, they are registered as referred by the user, granting the user a financial reward based on the following criteria:
• 3–9 referrals within a month: 10% reward of total subscription revenue.
• 10–20 referrals within a month: 25% reward of total subscription revenue.
• Over 21 referrals within a month: 40% reward of total subscription revenue.

3. Reward Disbursement:
The platform reserves the right to determine the appropriate method for disbursing rewards at the end of each month, according to its internal policies. Winners must accurately provide the required details to customer service to ensure prompt and accurate disbursement.

4. Active Subscription Requirement:
For the discount code to remain valid and generate financial rewards as stipulated in Clause Nine, Point 2, the marketer's subscription must remain active during the month the code is used.

5. Additional Terms:

• The platform may modify or cancel the referral program and discount codes at any time, in accordance with its policies.
• Users are prohibited from employing illegal or fraudulent methods to obtain rewards or discounts.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system or provide false information may result in account suspension and deactivation of discount codes.

Article 10 - Warranties

GURU TRADE strives to provide its services at the highest quality standards but acknowledges that the educational and advisory services are offered "as is" without any explicit or implied warranties.

1. Educational and Advisory Content:

The platform aims to deliver accurate and up-to-date information in the fields of trading and financial markets. However, it does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of all content or the outcomes resulting from using such information. Users are always encouraged to independently verify the advice or information provided before making any financial decisions.

2. Limitation of Liability:

• The platform assumes no liability for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of its services or reliance on the available content.
• Users acknowledge that any recommendations or advice provided by the platform are for educational and advisory purposes only and do not substitute professional financial consultations or direct investment advice.

3. Service Suspension or Modification:

The platform reserves the right to modify or suspend any of its services at any time without prior notice, in line with its general policies or operational requirements.

Article 11 - Disclaimer

GURU TRADE is an educational and advisory platform aimed at providing specialized content in trading and financial markets. However, please note the following:

1. All information and services available on the platform are provided for educational and instructional purposes only and should not be considered direct investment advice or financial recommendations.
2. The platform assumes no responsibility for any investment decisions made by users based on the information or advice provided.
3. Users are encouraged to consult licensed financial advisors before making any investment or financial decisions.
4. Users acknowledge that all content and advisory services provided through the platform are used entirely at their own risk. The platform holds no legal or compensatory liability for outcomes resulting from the application of the provided advice or reliance on the content offered.

Article 12 - Termination of Use

GURU TRADE reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of use. The platform may close or suspend any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of violation of the terms and conditions or harmful activities towards the platform or other users.

1. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any terms and conditions.
• Misuse of the provided services.
• Engaging in any illegal activities through the platform.
• Conducting activities that harm the platform or other users.

2. Users have the right to request the termination of their accounts at any time by contacting the support team through official channels.

3. Upon account termination, the platform reserves the right to retain certain personal data as required by legal and regulatory guidelines.

Article 13 - Governing Law

1. All terms and conditions outlined in this document are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. In the event of any legal dispute related to the use of the platform or its services, the competent courts in the UAE shall have jurisdiction to resolve the matter.

Article 14 - Dispute Resolution

1. The platform seeks to resolve disputes amicably with users in a manner that preserves the rights of all parties.
2. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to the competent judicial authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
